An hour doesn’t begin to do justice for this important Special Offering. The One Great Hour of Sharing offering is the primary support of UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief), the non-profit international humanitarian aid organization of The United Methodist Church. Funds from OGHOS enable UMCOR to quickly respond to disasters—hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, tsunamis, and more. UMCOR continues with long-term recovery efforts long after the initial disaster.
On Sunday, March 15 the OGHOS envelopes will be distributed for donations. Your OGHOS offering will be welcomed any time in March or even later.
