VBS EVEREST PLANNING MEETING

This year we will be conquering challenges on Everest —
Come one, come all!! We will need lots of helpers for VBS. If you cant make the meeting but want to be part of our expedition crew please let me know. And, if you have a particular part of VBS you want to participate in, let me know that too. Pass the word to those who do not have email, please.
I have attached a “look out” sheet that includes some things we would like to have for our VBS program — either for decorating or for one of the day’s activities. I would like to have these things by early July so we can share with a couple other churches who will be having their VBS earlier than Springdale [sharing saves us LOTS of money and time preparing for the week]
I know that this year the challenge will be to put on the programming we are used to on a tighter budget so please come to the meeting with lots of ideas. You can check out the VBS for this year at http://www.group.com/vbs/everest
